Second, Jack Thompson, the communist media censoring tyrant who demands all the power in the world to destroy gaming, sent a letter to the US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida demanding that Rockstar and Take-Two should be sued for making the game in the first place. He claims the game is “the gravest assault upon children in this country since polio”. Sorry Thompson, this is not China, and we do not have a Communist government, so you will be unsucessful!

So as you can see, it seems the media lately has been used to inject propaganda into you (that’s old news), but these guys are actually STOPPING you from getting a damn video game! What is wrong with these people? This IS America, you know! We have FREEDOM, specifically we have Freedom of the Press and a FREE MARKET!

Bullshit like this is why I strongly urge American music consumers or downloaders to stop buying or downloading music for a price. Don’t buy ANY music! It’s that simple! But unfortunately, most music consumers don’t even see the issues like this! This outrages me! My sister, for example, spends lots of money downloading her favorite tunes from WalMart’s download service. I tell her she has no rights with those songs, but she doesn’t care. She doesn’t even know who the RIAA are….

And to think people actually think downloading music illegally is wrong. If you run a huge risk of being sued for milluions of dollars for backing up your own damn music, why not just download ILLEGALLY? The RIAA may have scared the shit out of some people, but not me. I got the RIAA’s message loud and clear: IF YOU DOWNLOAD MUSIC, YOU’LL BE SUED. IF YOU DO ANYTHING WITH THE MUSIC YOU BUY, YOU’LL BE SUED. So I guess I’ll download illegally since I can get sued anyway…

I guess I will be e-mailing my Congressman again (3rd time in 2 weeks, just goes to show you how corrupted the world is now).

Comcast claims the camera will not use facial recognition, and will be used to identify who’s watching TV at the time, and pull up personalized TV shows (how can you do that without facial recognition?).

But remeber, Comcast are stupid liars that ruin their customer’s services. For years, Comcast cliamed they were not censoring the BitTorrent proticall, but now everyone knows how mcuh of a lie taht is. So they are most likely lying about this to. The camera uses facial reconition, and it spys on you!

See what happens? After FISA and warrantless wiretapping, the government could decided to take the spying up a notch and wach innocent Americans inside their homes!  Wtf?

This will surely erupt into a major conspiracy. I for one will be glad when Verizon comes to my town! Thanks to this, I’m canceling my Comcast cable services right when Verizon comes out!

What ever happened to the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution anyway?

The FISA Act, which Bush wanted to explicitly give telecom companies retroactive immunity from being sued so they could give the NSA customer’s data without a court order, was left out of the bill, as were several other parts many people have been upset about.

w00t! We got (some) privacy for now! Unfortunately, this issue is far from over. Most likely, the key issues of domestic warrantless wiretapping will not be resolved until a new President takes office (but I bet if Obama becomes President, this issue will be gone in a few seconds because he actually cares about privacy).

The wargame will run from March 11th to the 14th. Like the first excersizes in 2006, the security of critical computer systems in the United States will be tested during simulated “terrorist” attacks on major US computer systems.

Many flaws were found during Cyber STorm in 2006, so we can hope our government actually fixed these flaws. In my opinion, cyberterrorism and attacks on computer networks should be the biggest security concern.

I guess the RIAA is learning a very important lesson today: Don’t sue kids in collage to become lawyers! How stupid was that, RIAA?

This will surely be the motive for UK ISPs to be like the censoring and lying Comcast and start censoring BitTorrent traffic. So then no one can download legal stuff off of BitTorrent anymore.

And who provoked the UK government to do this? I bet the lobbyists like the RIAA and MPAA did. Those self centered control freak fascists think they should control everything, and that their jurisdiction should extend outside of the United States. And so far, thanks to our government, they are succeeding!

So there goes our rights! I am sick and tired of watching our Constitutional rights and civil liberties destroyed for so called “national security”. Since George W. Bush became president, we have lost the Amendments 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, of the Constitution. We can be arrested without probable cause, be raided without a court order, be subject to crule punishments, have no legal repersentation, all because the government can just walk up to someone and declare him a “terrorist”. The NSA are probably reading this now!

I think terrorists are not even the real targets! That’s just the smokescreen the government has Fox News put out. I think the real target is civil rights advocists, liberals, computer geeks, etc. They just want to lock up anyone who disagrees with the sick ways the government work and actually stands up for their rights.
